CH3+ needed to break away from a traditional broadcast model and build an OTT Platform with features distinct from every competitor in the Thai streaming market — while modernising its legacy Media & Entertainment infrastructure to keep pace with rapidly shifting user behaviour.
The strategic shift: stop duplicating Free TV content and instead build around fandom — putting talent at the centre, with exclusive content and fan-community campaigns that no rival platform offered.
CH3+ wasn’t looking for a vendor to implement a spec. They needed a partner who would co-own the product strategy: figuring out what to build, how to grow users, and how to make it commercially meaningful.
