KTC needed to elevate its main corporate website to serve customers across a wide range of use cases — from finding credit cards, promotions, and financial services to news, Investor Relations content, and submitting applications through various CTA forms.
The existing Magento-based CMS made managing large volumes of content difficult. Updating promotions, campaign pages, banners, and forms required heavy engineering involvement, slowing down the business and marketing teams significantly.
The core challenge wasn’t just a redesign — it was building a new platform that could maintain performance, SEO rankings, content structure, and business continuity simultaneously, including migrating over 10,000 content items without losing KTC’s critical SEO positions.
What We Built
Muze built KTC’s new website on a Headless CMS Architecture that gives KTC’s team full control over their content — products, promotions, articles, banners, landing pages, forms, SEO metadata, redirects, sitemaps, and open graph markup — all from a single CMS.
An Advanced Search system supports keyword search, search suggestions, popular keywords, spell correction, and search reporting, making it easy for users to discover credit cards, promotions, and information. The CTA & Form Management system lets marketing create and customise contact forms, acquisition forms, surveys, and promotion registration forms without touching code.
