TrueID Super App

The Challenge

TrueID needed to become a Super App — bringing together Streaming, Music, Games, News, and True Services under one roof to create a unified Digital Ecosystem for True Corporation customers across multiple regions.

The core complexity: a single shared Codebase that could toggle features and shelf layouts on or off per region and business unit. The platform also had to handle sudden traffic spikes during major campaigns — think World Cup tournaments where concurrent users surge instantly.

True Digital Group chose Muze because we already understood True’s infrastructure across multiple BUs, making us the right partner to design the architecture and integrate the disparate systems together.

What We Built

Muze designed Business Flows and developed multiple core components of TrueID — including the Video Player, Social Commerce, Super Admin Portal, CMS, and Point Management System — as well as integrations with external partners like Netflix.

One standout feature was Short Drama — a vertical video experience built specifically for short-form content consumption on mobile, designed around the shift in user behaviour toward portrait-mode viewing.

The centrepiece was the App Skeleton: a shared Codebase architecture where features and shelf layouts can be enabled or disabled independently per country and business unit, giving TrueID complete Multi-Region capability without fragmenting the codebase.
