TrueVisions NOW Streaming Platform

The Challenge

TrueVisions NOW had long relied on a White Label OTT solution from overseas — incurring transaction fees per user that scaled with the platform’s growth, while limiting control over product direction and features.

The goal: build a fully owned OTT platform from scratch and migrate users from the existing app without disrupting the viewing experience. This required detailed planning and coordination across multiple stakeholders within the True Group ecosystem.

TrueVisions chose Muze for our end-to-end capability — from UX design through to engineering — and our ability to coordinate with every stakeholder across the True network.

What We Built

Muze developed a Multi-Tenancy Streaming Platform integrated with TrueID, paired with a Centralized Admin Portal that lets the TrueVisions team manage the entire system independently — no external vendor dependency.

The platform supports long-form premium content with full DRM, designed to Global Platform UX/UI standards and deployed across Mobile, Tablet, and multiple Smart TV brands.

The stack spans Flutter, Native iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), and Next.js on the frontend; Go microservices on GCP with MongoDB Atlas, PostgreSQL, Redis, Couchbase, Kafka, and Serverless on the backend; and integrates world-class SaaS including Bitmovin, getstream.io, MoEngage, and a full observability stack with New Relic, OpenTelemetry, and SigNoz.
